East L.A. Grill is a one of a kind place, with great people and great mediterranean food, music, and did I mention the BEST people? The owners of this little restaurant are so kind and welcoming, I forgot I was a customer and not an old family friend. There’s authenticity in how they welcome you into their little “home” away from home and it made the whole experience even better. The food here is some of the most extraordinary food my little Kentucky-grown mouth has ever tasted! The seasonings and the way they roast their meats... Just mouthwatering! There is some dressing they put on the salads that I am obsessed with. It is so yummy!! And their rice is so so so good, too. Please go visit and enjoy a great meal surrounded by great folks!
Been meaning to check this place out and holy smokes was it great! It’s different than any Mediterranean food I’ve had, and i mean that in a great day! 15 I got 4 total Sharma pockets, fries and a soda. You can’t beat the quality and portion size!
I was looking for someplace new and unique to eat at while we were staying in Danville. This popped up as being an option about 20 minutes away with good reviews and great pictures of some of the options. We ended up getting to the restaurant, immediately greeted as we entered and seated right away. We ordered the Beef Shawarma platter and the Ribeye along with the Hummus Potato Skins as an appetizer. Not only are the portions monstrous but everything was prepared perfectly. This is someplace that I highly recommend trying if you are in the area! Also finished it all off with a piece of Baclava of which was also fantastic. The part that totally topped this off was the family that runs it all were very interactive with us and made the service also impeccable.
I’ve loved every single dish I’ve tried from here! We eat there atleast once or twice a week, because we love it so much. Every item on the menu is cooked to perfection with so much flavor and excellent service. The owners take pride in what they have brought to this small town with East L.A grill. And my family and I love that we have an option to eat in somewhere with such high quality food

After our meal, the owner and main chef came over to chat with us—he was so friendly and informative, sharing his impressive chef background. The unexpected star of the show was the Mediterranean fries—hands down one of the best things we’ve ever eaten! If you’re within a 50-mile radius, make plans to visit tomorrow—you won’t regret it! They also offer some great American options for picky eaters. Highly recommend!

To think we’ve lived here over three years and are just now finding this Gem hidden in the center of Lancaster. Everything here was phenomenal from the food to the service! We had such a lovely time and the owners are a joy to talk to! Highly recommend this wonderful hole in the wall as a must try!
